Wells Food Festival

Swan Green is the perfect place to relax and soak up the festival atmosphere. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the historic Moat on Palace Green, it offers a welcoming space to gather with friends and family, enjoy great food and drink, and take a break from the festival bustle.
The area is also home to the ever-popular English Wine marquee, where you can meet vineyard owners, sample outstanding English wines, or simply settle in with a glass and enjoy the surroundings.
Adding to the atmosphere throughout the day will be festival favourite Sam Evans, whose distinctive blend of musical styles has made him a regular highlight of the Wells Food Festival.

The artisan market stalls will be in the High Street, Market Place and Town Hall, on Cathedral Green and Palace Green, along Moat Walk and in the Recreation Ground.

The English Wine marquee will be on Palace Green, and the Children’s Zone, Little Joe’s Kitchen and Food for Thought will be in the Recreation Ground.

Brochures and festival information will be available at the Wells Food Festival information stand on Palace Green. Maps around the site will show the layout and location of stalls.
