Today marks the start of a series of local Easter events.
Easter on the Farm at Somerset Rural Life Museum in Glastonbury is running from today until 19th April.
Also running through the Easter break, Wells Cathedral’s Easter Egg Trail continues until 18 April.
Easter Family Activities at the Bishop’s Palace in Wells.
Starting tomorrow, 4th April, the Shoemakers Museum in Street will host daily Easter egg hunts and trails until April 19.
Tomorrow night, The Crown Hotel in Glastonbury is hosting a Cancer Research fundraiser featuring live music. The event runs from 7 pm to 11 pm with a suggested £5 donation.
Also tomorrow night, the Unity Club in Street are hosting the Ultimate Party Night, starting at 9 pm with disco, karaoke, and audience participation. The event continues on Easter Sunday, 5 April, featuring live music from the 1960s to today.
On Tuesday, 7 April, Glastonbury Abbey is offering Bouncy Bunny Head Bands in the Abbey Museum from 11 am to 1 pm.
Tuesday evening, The King Arthur in Glastonbury is hosting Lavender Vespers, with doors opening at 7.30 pm and the show running from 8 pm to 10.30 pm.
On Wednesday, 8 April, Wells Cathedral is hosting Easter Crafts.
Thursday, 9 April Glastonbury Town Hall is hosting Falling With Style, where Lottie Dale will talk about her skydiving experiences, with refreshments and free entry for a first visit.
Also on Thursday, the Shoemakers Museum is hosting Exploring Fossils, while Strode Theatre in Street is staging Teddy’s Day On The Farm and The Wind in the Willows, alongside this, Glastonbury Abbey is running Easter Sock Bunnies,
While finally, Wells Cathedral’s Easter Crafts return on 9 April.
